Refund Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

The free plan lets you try MindMaxer before you pay, so please make sure it works for you before subscribing.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro any time from the Billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments aren't refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. Cancelling stops future charges.

We will refund a charge when:

you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge;
a problem on our side kept you from using MindMaxer for a significant part of the period you paid for;
we close your paid account without cause, in which case we refund the unused part of the period;
the law where you live requires it.

Yearly plans

Yearly subscriptions renew automatically. The Billing page shows your renewal date, and you can cancel any time before it to avoid the next charge.

How to ask

Email support@mindmaxer.com from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge, and tell us what happened. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
